Working Environment

Phoenix Design Aid’s meets the requirement of the international
Occupational Health and Safety standard (ISO 45001), and it is an
integrated part of the company’s management system. The requirements are
regularly assessed (as a part of the company’s overall risk assessment) to
ensure that a safe working environment as Phoenix Design Aid sees its
highly skilled staff members is its greatest asset and thus wants to take
good care of them.

Phoenix Design Aid’s focus on employee well-being and health is
reflected in several company initiatives, such as health insurance
coverage and measurements to improve indoor climate.

Anti-corruption and

Ethical Business Practice

Phoenix Design Aid works globally and encounters different
approaches to ethical business operations. Therefore, the
company focuses on ensuring that its values on anti-corruption,
anti-money laundering and credible and transparent business
operations are implemented – both internally and among
stakeholders. Phoenix Design Aid does not tolerate corruption
or corruption-like conditions. In addition, the company demands
clarity on the issue of copyright.

As a part of the company’s commitment to promote transparency
and fight corruption, Phoenix Design Aid is a member of the
national association Transparency International Denmark,
through which the company enhances its discouragement Process for
of corruption and underline its desire to take active part in Remedial Action
efforts that heighten the integrity of Danish society
and business.
Despite solid implementation of due diligence, complaint and
grievance issues may arise. United Nations Guiding Principles on
Business and Human Rights require that companies have processes in
place for dealing with complaints as well as for implementing
remedial measures. Phoenix Design Aid fully meets the
requirements of the United Nations Guiding Principles and
ISO 26000. and a description of this process is described in
the company’s handbook.
