Our Story

Innovation, creativity and benefit are key concepts at Phoenix Design Aid, as is our strong sense of environmental and social responsibility. CEO, Dennis Lundoe Nielsen, founded Phoenix Design Aid in 1998, putting more than 30 years’ experience from the graphic industry in play on these values.

 

Phoenix Design Aid is a first-class design and communication agency that focuses on quality, innovation and speed. We deliver contemporary and innovative designs, focusing on client needs and swift management, ensuring that working with us is always a quick, easy and hassle-free experience. Based on our long-term partnerships, we have in-depth understanding of our clients’ expectations, constraints and culture, allowing us to deliver best value for all.

We specialize in working with international and intergovernmental organizations, including the United Nations and the European Union, NGOs and public authorities, performing all projects in compliance with internationally recognized principles of social responsibility and in accordance with United Nations requirements.

Long Term Agreements

Phoenix Design Aid specialises in working with the United Nations, the European Union and NGO’s worldwide and hold a range of United Nations and European Union Long Term Agreements (LTAs) and similar contracts, covering graphic services within digital and printed matters, including design, layout, editing, printing and translation of all United Nations languages.

Most United Nations agencies are licensed to utilize our LTAs in terms of piggybacking for a smooth and time-saving process. We invite you to contact us to explore the possibilities.



Quality Based Survey

We conduct a quality based client survey every three years. Journalist and Founder at Rud Relations, Sofie Rud, conducted interviews throughout the first two months of 2017.

Meet the Team

Phoenix Design Aid holds the best competencies needed in order to bring each project to a successful execution. Our team of project managers are key contributors to our success, representing focal points of our network of partners. Phoenix Design Aid’s project managers consider it their primary responsibility to bring together the best fit team for each individual project, assigning tasks to each member and conducting high-quality management throughout the subsequent processes.

Our network of partners includes, among others, formally associated local and foreign editors, United Nations trained translators, first-class graphic and digital designers, environmentally sustainable print facilities and reliable logistics companies.
