The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) mission is to promote regional cooperation and integration in in Eastern Africa. To guide the implementation of IGADs programmes and projects, their mission has been translated into a strategic plan, an IGAD Strategy 2021-2025. The plan aims to promote regional transformative capacities for sustainable development, resilience and stability of the region through six strategic development objectives.
Phoenix Design Aid has helped IGAD on the visual presentation of three strategy documents which are a State of the Region Report (2020), a Regional Strategy 2021-2025 and a Regional Strategy Implementation Matrix 2021-2025. Phoenix Design Aid has formatted the documents, provided the graphic design and finally printed the reports. The graphic design services included design and layout as well as provision of pictures, graphics and illustrations that help emphasize the topics addressed in the documents.
