Description

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) works to deliver a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe and every young person’s potential is fulfilled.

Phoenix Design Aid was thrilled to work with UNFPA in the Arab region to help provide a content and usability audit of their Menassati platform and digital tool Shabab IT (app) as well as develop a wireframe of an updated platform. This included tasks such as UX analysis of the existing solution, stakeholder interviews, concept development, creation of user stories, a site map and visual elements. All of which are used to create the final designs with the aim of promoting the Menassati platform and Shabab IT app.

For this project, Phoenix Design Aid has also delivered the visual identity and design direction of the platform and app. While the visual identity has roots in existing solutions, the knowledge and information achieved from interviews and questionnaires have been essential for the creation and design of user stories and the sitemap for both the platform and app as well as vital to the navigation, features and functionalities.

The design of the Menassati platform and Shabab IT were delivered in both English and Arabic.
