Phoenix Design Aid presents its 2016 Communication on Progress – Advanced Level

It has been an eventful year for Phoenix Design Aid, culminating this October as the company submitted its ninth Communication on Progress report to the UN Global Compact, comprising the company’s wide range of initiatives undertaken within the field of sustainability and CSR during the period September 2015 to September 2016.

For years now, Phoenix Design Aid (PDAid) has devotedly supported the ten principles of the UN Global Compact. This October, the company submitted its extensive Communication on Progress (COP) report, representing the fourth COP to meet UN Global Compact requirements at advanced level. The report serves as information and inspiration to companies, stakeholders and associations wishing to learn more about PDAid’s business approach, particularly its take on engaging sustainability and CSR in daily operations.

Amazing photos, taken during the 2016 Kilimanjaro Climb which CEO, Dennis Lundø Nielsen, attended for the second time this year, adorn the overall design of the report.

CSR Activities
Flipping through the pages, readers immediately gain an overall impression of PDAid’s operations and the activities that dominate its CSR activities, including facts, case descriptions and clarifications on the fulfilment of the company’s targets and goals.

The development of the PDAid Foundation, including the coming rollout of the foundation’s mentoring program comprises one of the core activities undertaken within the reporting period. Other important measures outlined in the report comprise the company’s ability to influence its surroundings through the promotion of sustainability and CSR. As such, PDAid puts its resources at the disposal of educational institutions and branch alliances.
