Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading organization within the United Nations system promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all.

Phoenix Design Aid was thrilled to be assigned the task of undertaking a website design optimization of IOM’s institutional website. The work included an optimization of the website’s user experience and user interface (UX/UI) as well as information architecture, with a great emphasis on optimizing the navigation and the user experience.

The focus was to maintain a clean design that is still informative, allowing users to find all relevant information from the IOM, including facts and figures, while also learning more about IOM, its work and projects, migration as well as donations possibilities.

Under this agreement, Phoenix Design Aid delivered a new sitemap and optimized navigation based on the research, investigation and discovery. The optimized navigation was delivered as an interactive prototype based on detailed usability testing. In addition, our team delivered home and landing page wireframes according to the website’s Drupal versioning and proposed navigation. Our deliverables also included a set of recommendations for website improvements within Drupal CMS based on assessment and research for both frontend and backend with the main aim of ensuring a better, manageable and user-friendly setup.
