The Spotlight Initiative is a global partnership between the European Union and the United Nations. The aim of the initiative is to eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls by 2030.
Phoenix Design Aid designed the Spotlight Initiative 2020 annual progress report and its accompanying impact report.
To communicate the results, indicators and key concepts in the progress report to the partners and stakeholders Phoenix Design Aid has designed several graphic elements, infographics, illustrations, boxes and graphs to illustrate data related to six outcome areas (policies and legislation, institutions, prevention, services, data and women’s movement) throughout the report. The infographics are created with the aim of navigating the reader throughout the report by easily getting a visual overview of the detailed data.
The impact report is a shortened version of the annual report and was designed in three languages: English, Spanish and French. The report features some of the initiative’s inspiring activities from 2020 was designed to have an appeal to a broader audience.
