Description

Phoenix Design Aid has had the pleasure of supporting The African Development Bank (AfDB) with the digital design and development of an interactive Africa Digital Financial Inclusion Facility (ADFI) website.

For this project, Phoenix Design Aid has performed services within information gathering, research and analysis, information architecture and UI/UX design.

The goal was to create a platform for interaction and information sharing among all interested in ADFI as well as being the first point of reference on ADFI activities.

The website was designed to make key documents accessible to the target audience and the general public. It also showcases news and updates as well as promotes the development and adoption of best practices and approaches related to digital financial inclusion.

The website was developed using Drupal CMS and included the following:

• Basic pages and a blog
• A memberships page and functionalities, inclusive user registration for event, webinars, etc. as well as user profile and account administrations
• Events, inclusive a calendar, events, reminders and notifications
• Document management system
• Full site search
• Survey and pool for newsletters and other knowledge related products.

The website was handed over with a detailed training session and source code delivery.
