Description

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Kenya has worked on a Collective Intelligence Project in Tana River County through the Accelerator Lab.

The project harnesses the collective intelligence approach to document available water resources, the water use system and the socio-economic structures surrounding the water resources in Tana River County. The objective of the project is to provide evidence to inform policy and infrastructure development in partnership with the communities and county officials.

Phoenix Design Aid was tasked to support the strategic communications on the Collective Intelligence project in Tana River County by developing and producing a podcast series to document the learnings and reflections from the project emerging from interviews with various stakeholders and partners involved, such as community members in Tana River County, key Government and decision-makers, civil society actors, and development partners.

The podcast consists of a series with 10 episodes of 30 minutes each that presents community-led action and solutions in addressing climate crises and highlights the process from conceptualization to implementation of the collaborative map using collective intelligence approach.
