The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Support Spaces Initiative created the R4V Services Map, a digital tool that allows refugees and migrants from Venezuela to see available services while transiting or living in 17 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Phoenix Design Aid had the opportunity to develop the concept and design of seven informative infographics as well as produce three animated videos that publicize the importance of the R4V Services Map and its tools.
The infographics were developed for Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil and Uruguay, including one at the regional level for each country. Each infographic shows the geographical location of the Support Spaces available by country and at regional level.
The first animation video was made as a tutorial on the use of the tool, while the two others detailed the information available in the R4V Services Map. All videos are with Spanish voiceover and are subtitled in English.
