The Global Water Operators’ Partnerships Alliance (GWOPA) celebrated its 15-year anniversary in 2024, and Phoenix Design Aid had the pleasure of developing an anniversary video to help mark this milestone.
Phoenix Design Aid met with the GWOPA team to review and deeply understand their vision, refining the scripts and reviewing and polishing their existing footage and self-recorded testimonials. Hereafter, our creative process proceeded to the development of a concept storyboard – a vivid graphics framework, carefully crafted infographics and culturally sensitive designs. We paid special attention to local relevance and cultural nuance, ensuring the final visuals resonate with diverse global audiences.
Through a dynamic and responsive feedback loop with GWOPA, we refined and finalized the scripts and storyboards, evolving them into rich, engaging animated videos. We also added a professional voice-over using locally spoken English and cut several teasers for social media.
We delivered all original project files and multiple formats tailored for dissemination across web platforms and social media, in alignment with GWOPA’s requirements.

GWOPA is an international network created to support water operators through Water Operator’s Partnerships (WOPs), peer support exchanges between two or more water operators, on a not-for-profit basis, with the objective of strengthening their capacity, enhancing their performance and enabling them to provide a better service to more people.
