The United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) works to protect and restore our land and ensure a safer, just and more sustainable future. For their recent the sixteenth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP16), UNCCD have conducted a financial needs assessment to identify gaps between current investment pathways and the resources required to effectively implement the Convention agreed.
