Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, works to save live and protect people’s health by increasing equitable and sustainable use of vaccines.
In March 2020, Gavi launched a #VaccinesWork is a platform, covering top stories and key topics related to vaccination, including those related to COVID-19.
It was Phoenix Design Aid’s task to help boost the reach and engagement on the platform by further developing the design and functionality on the #VaccinesWork platform.
This project included several research and analysis components, including user research and stakeholder interviews, to understand the users’ needs, interests and preferences and identify their user journey. The findings and results were thereafter transferred into a user-friendly interface and design, focusing on easy navigation that meets the users’ needs and behavior.
This particular project is one of the largest UI/UX projects that Phoenix Design Aid has done, thus demonstrating our capacity and ability to lead a UI/UX project throughout all phases from project brief, research analysis, structuring knowledge and data, user centered design to development.
