Phoenix Design Aid is honored by a long-term collaboration with Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) since 2016 where we started the maintenance and support of their old website in WordPress, alongside with graphic design services and in 2021, we supported SUN with the redesign and development a new SUN website.

Based on our yearlong knowledge of target groups, users and content, we started the research and analysis by looking into Google Analytics to understand the data and statistics to implement key findings. We also installed a heatmap on the old site to understand how users were using and experiencing the website and content. Everything was summarized in an assessment report and delivered with the information architecture and URL mapping.

A website design prototype was then created based on the new brand guidelines. Wireframe, concept and design pages were tested on a group of selected website users. In the end, an evaluation report was delivered after the user testing. The results were analyzed, and all website pages was designed and completed according to the findings and results.

The website is built using Drupal 9 CMS, including SEO. All website content from the old website was restructured and migrated into this new Drupal website. A notification system was also developed to send updates from the news, events and knowledge hub items about newly published content to the subscribed users.

The website is built using Google Translate for language versions. English is the main website language, but other languages, such as French and Spanish, are also available using the Google Translate function.

Phoenix Design Aid is currently supporting SUN with hosting, server and software patching and support as well as development support for ongoing work on the website.
