In recent decades, a number of programs and actions against climate changes have been established. But while these changes are ongoing, symptoms of climate change still occur. One of these symptoms is the issue of drought, and in this project, we have assisted UNCCD with designing a digital portal, which provide policymakers, governments and officials with monitoring, risk assessment and mitigation tools in relation to drought.
To ensure a convenient knowledge assessment, we recommended a UX-based decision support system, which will help policymakers and governments in different countries with accessing useful information in the context of drought.
Through a close collaboration with UNCCD, we have developed a visual concept for The Drought Toolbox that helps countries around the world.
