Phoenix Design Aid had the great pleasure of supporting the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with the design of the Sahel Human Development Report (HDR) 2023. The Sahel HDR explores, for example, governance dimensions of human development and the region’s sustainable development progress as well as provides insights into enhancing sustainable energy access, among other things.
The work around the report also included the development of various figures and infographics that present various measures, such as energy mix, renewable energy production, carbon emissions, education and health spending, etc. They are designed simply and modestly to ensure that the results are presented concisely and clearly to the readers which is especially vital for measures of this character.
Phoenix Design Aid also designed an executive summary alongside the HDR report and provided editing and translation services. The HDR and executive summary are both translated from English to French.
