Phoenix Design Aid has produced a one-minute video for WHO that showcases an overview of various COVID-19 chatbots. The aim of the video is to highlight and show the different chatbots (WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, AI enabled chatbots, etc.) that WHO has developed during COVID-19 to help people find the right public health information.
