Description

The Sectors Ministers’ Meeting (SMM) in San Jose, Costa Rica was organized in April 2019 by the Sanitation and Water for All (SWA). It brought together more than 50 ministers responsible for water, sanitation and hygiene to share and learn from others’ experiences as they progress towards national SDG targets.

For the client, we managed the communication and public relations around the event, including strategic advice, social and digital communication, media relations, development of material and on-site support.

From the project, we want to highlight the following performances:

• Development of a social media communication strategy and key messages for the event
  
• Global and national media relations, including the production of a press kit and a roadshow with media in San Jose, Costa Rica
  
• Production of a social media strategy and a social media kit with key messages, video and visual assets for the public to post on social media
  
• Social media support during the event
  
• Event teaser video
• Design and printing of main stage backing, welcome sign for registration desk, props for social media, 12 roll up banners and 3 curved panels
  
• Design of delegates nameplates, badges and a Power Point template
  
• Production of 300 USBs for delegates.
