At PDAid, we often assist our customers with developing professional reports that document and communicate purposes, events and decisions from certain meetings or conferences.
An example of such a report is the one produced for the Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network (GOARN) related to their Planning Workshop for the WHO European Region that took place in June 2018 in Belgrade, Serbia. We provided design and layout services for the report produced in both Russian and English. For the report, we also delivered illustrations of key models and graphics and carried out photo editing and optimization. For both the reports and the executive summaries, the visual expression is professional and presents the key point in a simple and elegant manner.
The report was sent to the contestants of the event who together represented 38 regional and national organizations, agencies and networks from 27 countries and works. It is considered an important working tool ensuring a shared frame of reference for the contestants and thereby setting the standard for the future projects within the network.
